I have owned this since new and have looked after it, but unfortunately I can't find the box, instructions or power adaptor, so the sale of this is for the effects pedal only.
I have had it working with a different power adaptor where you can change the current and polarity to match the pedal, like from Argos etc (around £5 or so).
