All orders are divided into a two-step process:

Processing time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the payment has cleared.

Shipping time: Items typically take between 3 and 5 business days to arrive at their destination. Our business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays. From time to time the carrier may experience delays due to unavoidable factors like inclement weather. We apologize in advance, but these delays are uncontrollable. If you experience any shipping related issues, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note that our items cannot be shipped to PO boxes or to ANY location outside of the Contiguous USA (lower 48 states).

Our inventory ships directly from the Manufacturer or warehouse locations in Factory Sealed Condition. If an item arrives damaged or does not function properly, please contact us immediately.

If you decide to cancel an order, the request must be submitted in writing. If the item has not shipped, we will gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund. Once the item is in transit, interception fee's may apply. If you are adamant on a return, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Form (RAF). If a return is authorized, please see below for our return conditions.

Return Conditions (if Granted):

• Items must be returned in new (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely packaged to prevent shipping damage.
• If you have used or damaged an item, it cannot be returned to us.
• The 'extras' must be included with your return to qualify for a full refund. Prior to returning anything, please ensure you've included all free and promotional items as well as all applicable accessories and literature. Generally, as a "rule-of-thumb" you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents.
• Apart from applicable restocking fee's, shipping charges will not be credited upon return. This shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you decide to return, even if the product was sold with FREE shipping.

Restocking Fees:

• No restocking fee will apply for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 30 days of item receipt (delivery). This means the returned item must be re-sellable, in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit or refund for any item that has been used, misused, damaged or returned past deadline. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30% on returns of opened, used, damaged products. Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
