Pro-Tec Garden Products have an independent inspection of every product, and will not ship a product until an elaborate testing procedure is PASSED on all tests in accordance with CE regulations. If anything is wrong with the item after it is delivered, everything is covered under the manufactures warranty, and Pro-Tec Garden Products will make its best effort to uphold the warranty through its parts warehouse and warranty service department. |
