Hi, Thanks for Looking.  This is a vintage measuring spoons with a ceramic holder that can be a wall hanging or rested on the counter.  The ceramic holder is crazing and measures app. 3 1/2" X 5".  It is missing a spoon and has a sticker on the back Higbee Co.  See Pictures.
