How To Tell Us What You Want Engraved:
During the eBay checkout process, on the Review Purchase page, click on 'Add message to seller' and a message box will appear. Enter the text to be engraved in the message box; after entering your message, click 'Add Message.' If for any reason you miss the 'Add message to seller' message box during checkout, simply send us a message containing the needed details via the eBay messaging system.
Example Engraving Request: Please engrave "I Love You x" on the charm.
We are also happy to engrave special requests, such as symbols, emojis, simple images and logos. Message us with what you would like engraved to see whether it would be possible for us to do. All images and symbols are engraved as an outline- see product images.
We won't dispatch your order until you have provided us with the engraving information.

Can you engrave on the back of the bar?
No, unfortunately, we can only engrave the front of the bar.
Please can you shorten/lengthen the bracelet?
We only stock this bracelet in one size, please check your wrist measurement and don't buy if it won't fit.
How long for delivery?
Dispatch is next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday.
We use Royal Mail 24 which generally takes 1-2 working days.
Has my item been posted?
We use Royal Mail Click & Drop which marks orders as dispatched when we print the days’ delivery notes. If you have provided us with your engraving information, your item will be dispatched that day. If you haven’t yet provided us with the information, we will be in touch and we won’t dispatch your item until you have replied.
I need this item urgently; can you expedite delivery?
You can upgrade your postage cost to first class when you are checking out for 1 day delivery.
However, the 1 day dispatch time applies to everyone, we will not be able to post on the same day.
We are sorry for any inconvenience, but we must treat all customers equally.
How do I tell you what I want engraved?
Please send us a message through the eBay system or add a note to seller when you are checking out.
What type of engraving is it?
Our machine is a needle engraver. This uses a diamond tipped needle to scratch the surface. It is not a laser engraver, or a stamp, or black infilled, and so will look different to those types. The effect is more subtle than a stamped style. We take the photos of the engraved examples in a photo studio so as to best show the engraving by allowing light to bounce off the engraving and show it up. But if light isn't bouncing off it, it is harder to see.
How many characters can I have?
We don’t have a strict limit- we simply resize to fit. See the product images to see what kind of message lengths we can do. If you are concerned that your message may be too long, please get in touch and we will be able to advise you.
My order hasn't arrived?
Most items arrive within a couple of days, but please allow 10 working days from dispatch before asking us where your item is. Please make sure that we have your engraving information- check your message inbox for any messages from us.
Please note that we can only accept returns on personalised
items where we have made a mistake in the engraving.
