We are a husband and wife team. Two things set us apart. We are incredibly easy going and understanding. We are NOT a large heartless company only concerned with pinching pennies. Your continued business and our reputation are very important to us. Two, we package with great care. We know how frustrating it is to receive an item only to find out it has been damaged during transportation. We assume that the postal system will abuse the package so we package accordingly.
Should there ever be a mishap with the product or shipping please contact us immediately. We respond quickly and take pride in resolving customer issues so that we have a lifelong customer.
Shipping & Handling:
We offer free shipping within the continental US, via the USPS in most cases. Please allow 24 hours for handling.
First class shipping (Under 1 lbs) can take 4-6 business days. Priority Mail (For packages over 1 lbs) typically takes 2-4 business days.
Multiple orders going to the same location will be combined whenever possible.
Return Policy:
30 Days from the delivery date. Depending on the circumstances we may have to charge a restock fee of no more than 15%. If we make a shipping mistake we will gladly reimburse you or send a return label. Warranty considerations should be returned to us so can test the product. Please try not to use or modify the item being returned. Please contact us first should there be a need for returning a purchase.
