These are straight out of the original 1982 Fender shipping box and are time capsule new !They feature the full line of Fender guitars and amps from the tail end of the CBS era. At this point in time, Fender began reissuing their classic-style, pre-CBS Stratocasters, Telecasters, and Precision Basses, all to the acclaim of guitarists and bassists the world over.
The company also introduced new models, such as The Strat and Walnut Strat, and brought back, albeit briefly, the classic blackface amp styling. Throughout the catalog are photos of very popular Fender endorsees of the day and yesteryear, including Jimi Hendrix, Roy Buchanan, Buddy Holly, Steve Cropper, and Donald "Duck" Dunn, and many more !
These make excellent case candy for an early-'80s Fender instrument.
