It has been tested as powering on and mechanically it functions perfectly, with zero issues. All buttons work. The phone has been tested and is able to acquire a satellite signal, though it is currently not active on any account.
Cosmetically, it shows some wear. The screen and body show minor scuffing and are in good condition. In all, I rate this phone a 7/10 in terms of physical appearance.
