This is a 1999 Round One Blanka action figure from the Street Fighter Alpha 3 video game.  The figure is about 7" tall, is the green with orange hair player one version, and is still brand new and sealed in the package.  The packaging is overall in good shape with a couple dents and some other normal minor wear & tear from storage & handling.  There is a very small spot of paint wear on the figure's left knee which possibly may have occurred by contact with the packaging, otherwise the figure is in nice, new condition.  Please ask if there are any questions.  If being shipped outside of the U.S. please be aware that import taxes may be charged by your Post Office & are the buyer's responsibility to pay.  (Please don't ask me to declare this as a gift with a low value on the Customs forms).
