Most of our products are manufactured in the European Union and follow the EU sizing. The sizes are then converted into other sizing standards (UK, USA, CA, FR, IT) by the manufacturers.

In case of doubt which size to choose, please contact our Customer Support and provide your measurements - for bras the most important are bust and underbust (in CM). We will do our best to suggest the size that should fit you the best.

We accept payments via PayPal. Cleared payment is required. Please be advised, that paying by eCheque via PayPal can delay dispatch of you order by a few days while the payment is being processed by PayPal (we recommended checking with PayPal the expected date on which the eCheque may be cleared). If we do not receive the payment within 8 days after the order has been placed, the "Unpaid item" case will be opened automatically via eBay. The buyer has then up to 4 days to pay. If no payment is received by that time that order will be canceled.

Our orders may be dispatched in two ways (depending on the country of delivery):

  • either with Royal Mail (postal service)
  • or with carriers: DHL and DPD

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible (after we receive your cleared payment), to the address given when placing the order (please verify your address in your eBay account settings before placing your order). In case of bank holidays, over the Christmas time or other high volume periods (for example Valentine's Day), please allow a few extra working days for dispatch and delivery. Order are usually dispatched from Monday to Friday.

Total amount to pay for your order will be the item/s price plus any delivery charges (if any, specified separately). Please note that deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs, legal or regulatory restrictions (please see "Customs & Duties" section below). All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. Special delivery instructions serve as guidance only and may not be followed by the carrier.

IMPORTANT
If you chose the wrong size/colour please inform us immediately but also submit a request to cancel your order via eBay. You will be refunded as soon as possible for your cancelled order. To buy the correct size/colour please place a new order. If you'd like to change the delivery address also contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once the order reaches a certain stage of fulfilment we won't be able to cancel the delivery or change the delivery address!

Damaged or incorrectly supplied products

You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (by post, phone or e-mail) within a reasonable period of time.

Customs & Duties

Please note that deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs, legal or regulatory restrictions.

Items available on our listings are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis, which means that the recipient is responsible for paying import duty or any import charges prior to or on delivery (if such charges are applied). You are responsible for checking with local authorities the relevant threshold and duties for your international delivery address before placing an order. If the international delivery is outside the EU, it is advisable to keep your total order value below the customs duty threshold of the destination country. The amount of duty (if any) depends on the type of goods you buy and their value; some items can be imported without paying any duty at all.

Please ensure that you enter the correct international delivery address and postcode. If the address is entered incorrectly or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, your delivery may be delayed. Such issues would need to be resolved by the buyer. Please also note, that we're legally obliged to declare the full value of the goods on all packages shipping outside the EU.

We hope you'll will love all our products but in the unlikely event you're not entirely satisfied, you can cancel your contract with us or return your item/s to us. See below for detail about 30 day Goodwill Return policy. Your right to cancel is described in our "Terms and conditions".

If you change your mind about your order - we offer you an extended time to do it. Our goodwill return policy is offered on items that you request to return within 30 days of receipt.

Please inform us that you'd like to return your item/s for example via eBay's return request (which is our preferred option). To do that find the item in "My eBay" under "Purchase History" and select "Return this item" from the "More actions" drop-down menu).

Returning your products to us

Please note that our company address may not always be your specified return address. We offer local returns addresses in UK, Germany, France, Italy, United States and Canada. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

  • Inform us about that you wish to return your item. For that we recommend using the "Return this Item" option on eBay.
  • After submitting your request to us (either by a standard e-mail or by eBay), we will send you your specified returns address and additional instructions. We strongly recommend keeping the proof of dispatch and sending your return via traceable return method. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us unless the products were delivered to you in error, or if they are defective or damaged.

Please send back the goods not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us that you'd like to return.
Please make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear and when trying on bras or other garments avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with the item. You can re-use the packaging we used to ship the goods to you, but if that's not possible then please use any suitable packaging that will sufficiently protect the items in transit. Please make sure you cover up the original delivery address, so that the parcel doesn't mistakenly get delivered back to your address.

Our goodwill return policy does not affect your legal rights under the CRD or other legislation.

If you are sending back your order delivered to a non EU country please remember to include a proper customs declaration on the parcel. Please clearly mark your return parcel as 'Returned Goods'. If this isn't done and we incur any incoming customs charges as a result, then we reserve the right to pass these charges on to you.
If you've paid import duty for items bought from us which you then returned to our UK address, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of these duties from your local customs authority. You'll need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of re-export (e.g. your certificate of return posting) when claiming your refund. For questions about duty (payable or refundable), please contact directly with your local customs authority.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive back the goods The refund will be made by the same means of payment as you used for initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result.

Can I exchange?

In order to exchange an item you will also need to follow the return process (please see above).

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us unless the products were delivered to you in error, or if they are defective or damaged.

Once we receive your return you will be refunded according to the "Refunds" section.

If you'd like to reduce the time necessary to receive a new product you can always reverse this process- place and pay for the new order and then return the original one to us.
