This 1904 Waltham Vanguard has 21 Jewels , is a model 1892 and is the definition of a railroad grade watch, is adjusted to five positions and keeps time within a minute or so a day, it could probably be adjusted to perfection. The dial has a crack between the seven and the eight but other than that this watch is in great shape. the case is an Illinois brand made of stainless steel or nickel and the plaque on the back has not been engraved which is always a plus for potential buyer they can personalize it if they choose.
