In good overall, pre-owned condition. No major wear on the actual frame. Left lens has some dot blemishes and dust like imperfections in the center and a light hairline at the bottom. Right lens has a cluster of hairlines in the top right (not in line of sight) and some light hairlines scattered here and there. I don’t find these imperfections noticeable when glasses are on. Overall, they do not impede vision in any major significant way and if you’re not super picky, you can still enjoy these glasses “as is” for a great price.

PAYMENT:                         

I ask all buyers to please make sure that payments are completed within 48 hours of winning the auction. After 48 hours, the EBAY unpaid item assistant will automatically open a non-payment case. If you are experiencing technical difficulties with PayPal, or if you require more time to make a payment ( life happens, I understand ), please communicate with me within the 48 hours. In most cases I can accommodate reasonable requests. After a case opens, I am no longer able to CANCEL any transactions. Please make sure you actually want the item before bidding. Irresponsible bids cost sellers time and money. Please respect your fellow Ebay community members.                         

SHIPPING:                      

Combining Orders:

I offer combined discount shipping rates for multiple purchases. These rates will depend on how many items, their weight and estimated value. Please contact me, if you wish to purchase more than one item prior to paying. I will send you an invoice with adjusted shipping.

SHIPPING COST:

My shipping cost includes the price of postage, packing materials, insurance and EBAY commission (for shipping). I offer FLAT RATE shipping for US and Canadian orders. I do not offer location based shipping or shipping outside of US and Canada.

Shipping rates are NON NEGOTIABLE. By bidding on my auctions you are agreeing to my shipping terms and handling times. If you do not agree with the auction conditions, kindly abstain from bidding.


HANDLING:    

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 BUSINESS days after receiving cleared payment. I strive to exceed your expectations and send your items as soon as possible, but I reserve the right to utilize the full 3 days should I require them. If you wish to receive your item sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!

Please be advised that due to the logistics of my geographical location, I am required to use a forwarding company to take my parcels to USPS. This courier service collects my parcels Mon-Fri by 12pm and drops them off at a USPS office, the following morning. They require 24 hours to collect and sort the parcels. Therefore, you will usually see a 24 hour delay between the time a shipping label is created and the acceptance scan at USPS. This part of the journey is factored into the 3 day handling time and you will still receive your parcel on or in most cases before the estimated delivery date.

ALL USA orders are shipped via USPS First class service. This service typically takes 4-6 business days, but parcels often arrive sooner.

*If you do not have a secure delivery location , please contact me to add a Signature Confirmation for your parcel.

*On occasion, shipments may be delayed due to severe weather conditions or holiday closures. Unfortunately, delivery times by the courier are not under my control. Please contact me if your package is late or has not arrived. I will do everything in my power to locate it or to replace a lost item and to make sure you are happy with the outcome.

CANADIAN Customers:

Canadian parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited service 1-8 business days, and will not incur any additional duties or fees.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Duties and customs fees are NOT included in the shipping price. You may incur additional customs related fees upon import into your country. These fees are the responsibility of the BUYER. Please familiarize yourselves with your country's import procedures. I will not mark packages as "gift" or declare a value less than what you paid. Such practices are in direct violation of international tax laws.

***Any unclaimed or refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping costs associated with the transaction.                          

SIZE AND FIT:          

Unless otherwise stated, the items I sell are Pre-owned. Glasses sizing is displayed in photos and can usually be found on the inside of the left arm. Measurements are in millimeters. Here is an example of a typical format for sizing "58-14-140" (these numbers vary). First number is the size of the lens, middle number is the nose bridge measurement and the last number is the temple length.

Please be familiar with your sizing prior to making a purchase. I will not accept a return based on sizing. If you are not sure, I encourage you to ask questions. I am here to provide support and advice.                

In some rare cases, glasses will need additional adjustments. This is done through heating the nose bridge and arms, and custom molding the glasses to fit your face. I will not consider this a defect or a reason for return. It is impossible for me to guess your exact measurements. If you require custom adjustments, you can get this done at any local optical. They do not usually charge for this service.           

COLOR:

Please be advised that photographs are subject to lighting conditions and camera quality. Colors may vary slightly across different devices and screens. Therefore, no returns will be accepted on account of slight color variations. Please note that no two "Tortoise" frames will be exactly the same. Even if they are the exact same style with the exact same color code. The location and amount of lighter spots will vary from frame to frame. I will not consider this a defect.

I usually provide a verbal description of color, supporting photos and the manufacturer's color code. Please do your research and ask questions prior to purchasing.

RETURNS:      

I do NOT accept returns on any auction items, unless they were grossly misrepresented.  Please note that I base all descriptions on what I see. Lighting, vision, line of sight and sensitivity to scratches are subjective. The products I sell are Pre-owned and will therefore have minor to moderate imperfections. I try my best to offer most accurate and detailed descriptions in my auctions. Each item is checked thoroughly and rechecked again prior to shipment. If any additional defects are noticed, you will be notified, so you can make an informed decision as to whether you still wish to proceed with the purchase.


If you receive your item and feel that it was GROSSLY misrepresented in my auction, it is your responsibility to contact me within THREE DAYS after the item was delivered, to determine the appropriate course of action.

AUTHENTICITY:                       

ALL of the products I sell are authentic. I stand 100% behind my products. Unlike many other sellers, I provide detailed photos of all inscriptions and stamps. This is more than enough information to determine the authenticity. If you still have doubts, I'd be happy to supply you with any additional photos required for a third party authentication PRIOR to purchasing. 


Please note that "item doesn't look authentic or doesn't seem authentic" is NOT a valid claim. With all due respect, you are not an expert autheticator. If you wish to challenge my reputation as a credible seller, please be prepared to submit both photographic evidence and a written statement from the manufacturer or authorized dealer deeming the item not authentic. 


Those of you who wish abuse the Buyer Protection policy - I record each serial number and take detailed photos and videos of the product prior to shipping it. You will be reported to Ebay for improper conduct and policy abuse.
