Postage

Our items are either sent with Australia Post or TNT Road Express. Please note that we cannot control the delivery times once the item has been handed over to our postage service. Regular deliveries can take up to 10 working days for delivery and Express deliveries can take up to 5 working days. Any damages found on arrival, please contact us with pictures immediately (within 1 business day) so that we can rectify the situation with the postage service. 

Postage

This item has standard warranty on the motor of the pump for 365 days. This is given that the pump is defective and not failed due to misuse, blockage of the filter or ingress of dirty water in the impellar leading to overloading of the motor.

All items are built to a high standard of design and are quality tested prior to sending out. It is reasonable that some failures may occur as is normal for any product. 
• We recommend the use of RCD protected circuits for all devices that require 240V electricity.
