• We cannot guarantee the condition of the cards inside a factory sealed packs, boxes, or cases. In the event of a damaged card or cards, the manufacturer of the card(s) must be contacted for a replacement. No minimum value, certain card, or cards are guaranteed.

Domestic Orders: 

• We offer a flat rate for all orders plus a fee for each additional item. 

Canadian Orders: 

• To our neighbors to the north your order will ship directly from us or through GPS with shipping, and tracking. 

International Orders: 

• Trading Cards will be shipped to GSP Center in Kentucky, USA. The Global Shipping Program Center will then handle your order from that point. They will handle your shipping, tracking, insurance, and any taxes or duties due from you if any.

Stock Availability: 

• We do our best to ensure all items are in stock; however, in case of the rare stock out, the customer will have the option for a replacement card or in most cases we will process a refund so the order is not held up.

Sales & Use Tax: 

• Under Marketplace Facilitator Sales & Use Tax Law taxes will be collected and remitted on your behalf.

Order Damages: 

• These cards are in Excellent to mint condition. Review photos ask questions before making your purchase.

• We must be notified within 24 hours upon receipt of any damage or manufacturers defect(s) to the item(s) so we may submit a claim as quickly as possible. 
• Failure to notify us will only delay the claim and may cause issues with the return. We will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund if a claim is not filed quickly.. 
• We WILL NOT accept any item(s) back if it comes back to us without its original box, packing, and documentation.

Wrong Item Received:

• If you received a wrong item contact us via email with photos / video of item received to compare to listing. 

Returns: 

• We DO NOT accept returns for buyer remorse, Non-Refundable, clearance, or unauthorized items.
• DO NOT return items without an RA number and a return address from us. You will be assessed the original cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.
• Refused and undelivered orders will be assessed a processing fee plus the original cost of S&H that will be deducted from any credit due.
• Any return shipped to a wrong address will be the responsibility of the buyer. 
• Item must be returned to the address we give you not anyone else.

Approved Returns (by Us, eBay, or PayPal):

• All returns must include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase.
• Buyer will pay for both our original cost and return shipping to our warehouse.
• Any return shipped to a wrong address will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Cancellations: 

• We no longer accept cancellations once payment has been processed.
