Each artwork is signed by the studio to guarantee its authenticity and value.  Arts Enemy uses only the best quality oil paint brands which ensures your painting will have a higher pigment density and won't fade with time like other cheaper paint brands. 

SHIPPING Painting will be sent carefully rolled up in a heavy duty tube, ready to be mounted or framed.  Express options are available. We don't currently offer a framing or mounting service as paintings become too fragile & expensive to ship. Framing vs. mounting is also very dependent o on taste and where it is to be displayed. Orders are shipped to Pay-Pal shipping addresses only. We do not ship on Holidays and weekends. Shipping and handling rates are stated in each item description. Delivery time varies by location   

PAYMENT Paypal is our preferred payment method. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.  Payment must be received within 7 days after your last auction ends. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay. An invoice with payment  instructions will be e-mailed to the buyer within 24 hours of the end of the auction.  Please contact us if you do not receive you invoice.

RETURNS We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed within 7 days after receiving the items. Within 7 days of original invoice of product.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return for a full refund less shipping and handling fee plus a 15 % Restocking fee per unit.  Please, follow above return instruction and write "EXCHANGE" on your invoice Shipping. Handling and insurance fees are NOT refundable. All returns must be in original conditions.  Buyers will pay for return shipping charges. In all cases please contact us to obtain a returns reference number.  We recommend that all items to be returned are sent by a record-able method with a proof of delivery as we cannot offer a refund for items we have not received.
