Used but in very good condition. Excellent screen condition, and only very slight signs of use. Was always in a protective cover and had a glass screen protector to safeguard the screen. 

I will also include for free the Kensington keyboard case that I used with this ipad, originally purchased from Amazon for $105. I did have it engraved with my name and email which appears on the back of the ipad. This can be left, or buyer can remove by lightly sanding off upon receipt. 

Altogether a great iPad at a greatly reduced price!
