  • To keep shipping rates low, all individual coins are shipped by Canadapost lettermail.  Lettermail does not offer a time guarantee
  •  The eBay delivery time is an estimation and not a guarantee.  They do not take into account holidays, seasonal delays, weather delays etc. that may cause delays that are out of our contract
  • We ship all coins within 2 business days (MON-FRI) of payment.  When possible we make every attempt to process and ship prior to the 2 day guarantee
  • If your item is not received within a reasonable number of days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us directly to expedite the resolution process rather than opening a case

Item Notes: 
  • Pictures: All listing pictures included are for the exact coin in the auction. Please review all listing images and feel free to ask for additional images if needed (time permitting depending on auction time duration remaining).  We will attempt to provide all details of the items including damages to coin packaging (Sets and Mint Issue).  We provide pictures of all items included in the auction (i.e. COA, case, box). 
  • Condition/Grading: Condition is based on pictures. There is the possibility that they may have been cleaned by a previous owner/owners.  We will do our best to include any notes of details.
  • Coin Cleaning: We do not clean any of our coins.  However previous owners of the coins may have 
  • Coin Variety:  Although ungraded, the variety of a coin may be indicated in the listing. The variety determination is based on our expertise.  Please use the included pictures for variety confirmation before bidding.

Shipping:  
  • General: All items are shipped within 2 business days after payment has cleared.  Shipping notification will be provided as well as tracking (depending on the shipment method).  
  • Tracking: Tracking may be an additional charge, contact us for details. 
  • Combined/Multiple Purchases: If multiple items are purchased we will do our best to provide buyer with the lowest combined shipping rate.  If you are intending on purchasing multiple items that are ending on different days, please contact us to make arrangements.
