Hardcover, publisher’s edition, 3rd printing, copyright 1992, numberline 10-3, Delacorte Press. Cover art by incomparable Kinuko Y. Craft. The dustjacket is in poor condition, corners and edges are worn, many chips and tears and a large torn spot on the back (see pic), it is now protected in a new Brodart mylar cover which minimizes a lot of the damage and gives it a nice appearance. There is no retail price on the dj flap which is odd as this is not a small book club size, it measures 9.5”x6.5”. Also, bce editions don’t typically have any numberline – so I can’t say exactly what kind of edition this is. The book is in Very Good condition, spine is still tight & straight but slightly creased, pages are clean and unmarked except for the first endpage with has a previous owner’s embossed mark.  No remainder mark.  The author flat-signed on the title page with no personalization or dates during the 2018 Phoenix Comicon aka Comic Fest. And it’s a fairly legible signature, not the rush job she does in long signing lines.

Read a page of the story - see the pics.  See my other signed Gabaldon titles.

Sequel to Outlander.

Synopsis:  For 20 years Claire Randall has kept her secrets.  But now she is returning with her grown daughter to Scotland’s majestic mist-shrouded hills.  Here Claire plans to reveal a truth as stunning as the events that gave it birth:  about the mystery of an ancient circle of standing stones…about a love that transcends the boundaries of time…and about James Fraser, a Scottish warrior whose gallantry once drew a young Claire from the security of her century to the dangers of his...  Now a legacy of blood and desire will test her beautiful copper-haired daughter, Brianna, as Claire’s spellbinding journey of self-discovery continues in the intrigue-ridden Paris court of Charles Stuart…in a race to thwart a doomed Highlands uprising…and in a desperate fight to save both the child and the man she loves…

If you’re looking for relief from the impersonal giant eBay stores - I run a small, personal-attention-type store.  I always have the item that is described in the auction.  Depend on my detailed description and pictures of the exact item you are bidding on and will receive.  I will answer all your questions.  Everything is wrapped carefully; books are wrapped in plastic wrap and bubble wrap.  You will always deal with just one person – me.  I have excellent feedback; you can bid with confidence.  Thanks for dropping by.

I wrap in plastic wrap & bubble wrap and mail in a sturdy box. I always include a Delivery Confirmation.  If shipping costs are not specified for your international location, you may email and ask for rates.

Shipping costs may be less if you win multiple auctions.  If you buy multiple items from me, please wait for an invoice before making payment.

I describe to the best of my ability and experience.  If you have any questions about the condition or description of the item, please ask before you bid. Payment is expected within 10 days or I can relist.  Non-paying buyers will be reported to eBay.

You can still pay me without having a Paypal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you’ll be automatically directed to a secure page in eBay checkout where you can enter your credit card information.  This will also work if you don’t remember your PayPal password.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL BIDDER INFORMATION:

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up; they are not additional shipping charges from me.
  • I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
