EXACT CONDITION: Item is MINT in a VERY GOOD- EXCELLENT Package- Figure is new and has never been removed from the package. The paint job looks very clean on the actual figure from my observation. The many photos within the item description area are of the EXACT item that you will receive. Considering this figure is from 2004, I would say that the package is in decent shape. The plastic peg hanger thing seems to no longer be on the card. Due to that not being present, the peg hanger area is a bit softened with some creases. There's also a crease that runs through the photo of Spidey on the top right portion of the card. It's not overly deep at all though. You can only really pick up on it from certain angles. It also isn't noticeable at all from the rear of the card which shows that it's really not a deep crease at all. The bottom right corner has a smallish crease and the cardboard here is a bit softened. The bubble is in awesome shape. It's very clean with no indents at all and just some incredibly minor common scuffing. The Spider-Man Classics sticker is still attached to the bubble. As I said, I would classify this as EXCELLENT (no less than VERY GOOD) but you will need to explore the many photos to make your own judgement.  Paypal (or Paypal related services such as "Bill Me Later") is the only payment option I accept. I must have payment within 7 days of your invoice being received. If I don't have payment within that time period, the item will be re-listed and you will be left negative feedback. Please don't purchase any items if you have no intention of paying within this 7 day period.  DOMESTIC SHIPPING : Very reliable and fast USPS Priority Mail shipping (Parcel shipping on my much BIGGER items and First Class shipping on my much smaller figures) to the lower 48 states within the United States. This includes a confirmation number. Buyers in AK, HI, & PR please write for a quote on your S/H charges. I will have to charge you a very small shipping fee to assist in the additional shipping costs. APO/FPO addresses & US Protectorates are excluded. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping costs have increased from the USPS. I have no control over this issue. What I can control is the fact that I will take great care in preparing your package for over-seas travel and I will not charge you a shipping fee. I'm not out to make a profit by raising the cost of shipping to my International buyers. I offer 2 different shipping options to my International buyers. Please read my options very carefully below and please note that once I mail off your package, you will be sent a confirmation (tracking) number. If any problems arise with delivery, I will help in assisting to find a solution but will not be accountable for lost/stolen items. Country Custom fees and taxes are the sole responsibilty of the buyer. Please be aware of your country's postal policies before purchasing any of my items. I would hardily suggest having your package sent USPS Priority Mail International which can be costly but is very safe. This service is very reliable and much faster than my other option (First Class Mail International). The second option for International buyers is First Class Mail International. It is obviously cheaper than Priority Mail International for many reasons. You can explore these reasons on their web site. The main negative with this particular service is the fact that the USPS doesn't closely document tracking records which makes it very difficult to find answers when shipping issues arise. This service is not as reliable and sometimes can take a long time to get to its destination. In all honesty, you are taking a gamble with this service. This service seems to be a great alternative for some countries (Canada is a great example) but if you are from a more exotic country, I would suggest spending the additional money on Priority Mail International. To protect myself ( the seller ), I will buy a Certificate of Mailing if you want it shipped this way. This is my proof that I did indeed mail your package through the USPS. This will protect me as a seller and adhere to E-bay policy of keeping clean shipping records. All International Buyers should notify me previous to buying any item. Some countries have many restrictions and I may not be able to ship to your country. This is a must. I should be notified in advance so I can check with the USPS to see if it's possible to ship accordingly.  I must have payment within 7 days of your invoice being received.
