This listing is for LEGO set# 41062, Disney Princess Elsa's Sparkling Ice Castle.  Set is brand new, still sealed, BUT, the box is water damaged all over.  All of the tape seals are intact, so I don't know if the instruction book also got wet.  If it did, it may have some wrinkling too.  The box itself is very "wavey" as paper / cardboard tends to get after getting wet and drying out.  It is hard to see this in the photo.  I have many brand new as well as gently used LEGO sets for sale, most are 100% complete, and I do my best to list the pieces that are missing in the ones that aren't complete.  The photo is of the actual item you will receive.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

PAYMENT and SHIPPING 

Shipping within the United States is free and items will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment.  Small items will be shipped in bubble mailers using USPS First Class Mail while larger items will be boxed and shipped using USPS Priority Mail.  The tracking number will be uploaded to Ebay and a notification will be sent after the shipping label is printed.
