Delivery/exchange
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility and original shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund value.

In the event of an exchange, buyer is responsible for return postage costs and an additional postage charge must be paid before we send out the replacement.

Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day (mon-thurs)
Items purchased after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit and report damages within 24 hrs via e-mail and we will refund or replace the item swiftly.
