Shipping Information:

Most orders are built to order and will ship same day or within 1-5 business days from the time payment is received.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday during business hours. If you purchase on a Friday, it may not ship until the following Monday.

Most orders with standard FedEx Ground shipping are free within the US 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.

Express shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Please contact us for a shipment quote to your location.

For international shipments, orders may be subject to additional taxes, charges & fees. Buyer responsible.

Tracking numbers available as quickly as possible once an order has processed and shipped.

Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Turbo Time USA.

Please contact us immediately if there are any errors with the product.

Returns and refunds accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for undamaged, unused and uninstalled items in the original packaging. Refunds are for uninstalled items only.

Most items come with a 12 month warranty and may be returned if defective. Warranties do not cover failures/damages due to installation mistakes, oil related symptoms, or misuse.

Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a replacement or repair may be issued to the customer at the discretion of Turbo Time USA

Items returned damaged(not deemed defective), altered, or missing original parts are not subject to a refund or replacement.

Buyer is subject to shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package. Warranty claims may be reimbursed shipping.

Cancellations must be approved prior to shipping. Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.

Minimum 10% restock fee applies for returned items. Up to 50% restock fee may apply for damaged or incomplete items.

Core Deposits:

Items that require core deposits are charged in addition to the list price at the time of purchase. A core deposit must be paid before a purchase will be processed. A customer is refunded this deposit within 7 days upon receipt and inspection of the core (the used auto-part).

The core must be an original unit in salvageable condition to receive a full refund.

Buyer is responsible for the shipment of the core within 30 days.

A prepaid core return label is included with most orders (US Mainland only)

Important Additional Info:

*Some custom built turbo may cause ECU codes and require additional tuning modifications for complete performance. Turbo Time USA is not responsible for additional tuning needs, accessories, or expenses acquired by using these items.

*Most sales are for the turbo only. Additional parts: pedestals/gaskets/fittings/etc may not be included unless specified.
