Cosmetically this phone is perfect.
I have had it in a case with a screensaver all of its life.
The problem is when you make or receive calls you are unable, on most occasions to end the call.
Most of the times you cant end the call but the other person you have called can end the call.
Sometimes it ends calls but 9/10 it won't.
I'm not bothering getting it repaired as I have a new Samsung S9, as an upgrade from EE.
So this is being sold as a faulty phone to avoid problems, as I value my feedback.
I have had the phone on EE for 3 years and the phone was working fine until the problem started.
Repairs or Spares.
No warranty - No returns.
