2. Snaucke Elements:

We specialize in providing samples of all pure stable elements of the periodic table. Since 2011 we are selling 84 different chemical elements to collectors, speculators, manufacturing industries, universities and other non-research/non-chemistry related buyers in almost 100 countries all over the world. We have all collectible periodic table elements in stock.

3. Our eBay listings:

Many of our items are pictured on 10 x10 milimeter square paper to indicate the sizes. All the unique items are exactly like the picture(s). Our other samples (bulk products, vials etc.) might be be slightly different from the picture(s). Our products are not sold for consumption, cosmetics, medical or veterinarian devices. Although our products are sourced from reputable suppliers, we do not re-test all individual items to ensure exact actual purity. Before purchasing, actual certificates of analysis for individual items are available at cost price. Certain metals and elements can cause health issues in humans or damages to the environment if improperly handled, stored, used, or disposed of. Buyers are required to understand all risks and proper handling and storage procedures of any elements purchased. By purchasing any of our products, the buyer agrees that they will not hold Snaucke Elements liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of any of our products. 4. Additional costs:

Import duty and appropriate taxes may be due when you are importing goods into your country. We are not responsible for these additional cost you have to pay in your country. If you are living in the European Union, there are no additional costs if you buy from us. USA and Canadian residents only must pay appropriate taxes for very expensive purchases.

5. Ordering:

For some countries we need a minimum order to cover the extra cost of insured shipping. Therefore a minimum order of US$ 100 is required for:

Africa: All countries except Botswana, Mauritius, Réunion, Ghana, Namibia, Senegal, South Africa

Asia: All countries except Brunei, China, Georgia, Hong-Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates

Europe: Belarus, Kosovo, Ukraine

South - and central America: All countries except Aruba, Chile, Costa Rica, Curacao, Jamaica, Martinique, Puerto Rico, Uruguay

Orders from countries mentioned above require a purchase with a minimum of US$100. You can mix or match any items. Should your purchases fall below this amount, we have to cancel the transaction.

6. Payment:

Payment is expected within 3 business days, but if you have any problem and need more time, please notify us. We provide eBay invoices, no VAT invoices.

7. Shipping:

We offer free economic shipping for nearly all our items. We usually combine shipping when you buy more items. In some cases we will ship your order in 2 or more parcels. We will photograph every package before despatch. All items are properly packaged to ensure successful delivery. All items will be despatched in 0-2 business days from payment. Beware of timezones. Due to the holiday seasons, the shipping may be delayed for 3 to 10 working days. Shipping times may vary. Sometimes the international post service is very slow or the customs in your country need extra processing time. We understand it's very inconvenient when your items are delayed or even lost during transport. Please notice we are not able to manage the international post service and the customs in your country. We wish we could! We usually do not offer international express shipping as this is very expensive. We also do not offer also expensive tracked shipping for less expensive parcels.

8. Arrival:

Over 99% of our parcels will arrive in described time. Please contact us by e-mail when your items are not arrived as described and do not open requests or disputes in eBay. Notice some items my oxidize during shipping or days up to years after delivery. We will replace items which are more than average oxidized. 0.3% of the glass vials will break during transport, unless carefully packing. Of course we will replace broken items. Sometimes it happens the customs in your country have used a part of the content of samples for a laboratory check. In that case your sample may arrive with less content than described. Of course we will replace the missing content in these cases.

9. Return & Refund policy:

We fully guarantee our items as specified in the description. We will immediately address any concerns of inaccurate descriptions, or unexpected impurities. If you are not happy with your purchase: returns are accepted without discussion within 30 days after arrival. Buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. In case we have made a mistake, we pay shipping fees to return products.

10. Feedback policy:

Customers will always receive positive feedback after payment. We appreciate your positive feedback and high detailled seller ratings very much. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
