This is an original vintage c.1940 illustrated letter sheet type brochure on wrenches and dropped forged tools issued by the Billings & Spencer Company of Hartford, Connecticut. This is a single piece four page pamphlet which folds open to about 8.5” x 11”. This first page is a printed form letter to dealers and the other three pages are illustrated with catalog type advertising for Billings & Spencer wrenches and tools. The front cover form letter is Spanish language and the rest of the brochure is English language. This brochure isn’t dated but is a vintage original that looks to be c.1940. The document code “Form 671” is printed in the lower margin. Overall condition is very good. Email any questions. Thanks for looking.
