gofanco HDMI to CAT5e/6 Extender (HDExt) – 50m extends HDMI audio/video signals over one cost effective Ethernet CAT5e or CAT6 cable, while maintaining signal strength and superior audio and video quality. It supports up to 1080p resolution and extends transmission distances up to 165ft (50m). This HDM extender balun kit is a point-to-point digital distribution solution, which includes both transmitter and receiver units, along with optional hardware to mount the units as needed.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Connect your HDMI source device (PC, game console, Blu-ray player, media player) to the Transmitter with an HDMI cable
- Run a CATx Ethernet cable from the transmitter to the receiver units included in the kit
- Connect your HDTV, monitor, or projector at a remote location to the receiver unit with another HDMI cable
- Connect the included power adapters to a power outlet (recommend surge protected) to both the receiver and transmitter
- DONE!
