This is a used, not refurbished, older system. I have no history on the item listed, it was part of a lot of items. As you can see from the pics it's in very good shape for it's age with normal cosmetic wear. It is not missing any foot pads, screws, covers or keys and includes a Gateway charger/power cord and USB Floppy Drive. It does not include any OS, Drivers or Application Disks. I ran a Hard Drive test and posted the results in the pictures. The only problem I'm aware of is the lithium ion battery is dead, so the laptop will only operate with the power cord plugged in..
