This is a specially serviced Heart Link Collection piece made by Tiffany & Co. Surely the most beautiful necklace Tiffany has ever made, mixing both silver and gold together. 

This necklace contains a total of 60 hearts altogether, is 16.5 inches long. The smaller hearts are made of sterling silver hallmarked 925 and the larger central heart is solid 18 Carat gold hallmarked 750 on the hearts that join the necklace together, please see the pictures above.
