Collectors item. A Medium Size HERRING BOWL with Handle from the PALET - or PALETTE - range. Designed in 1969 by Michael Bang for Fyn´s Glass, and produced by Holmegaard, Denmark. This serie was in production from 1969 to 1976.
Orange-Red coloured glass outside and opaque white glass inside, cased in clear. The HERRING BOWL is in fine condition with no chips or cracks. Any white or orange spots are from the camera flash.
Diameter of the Bowl is 12 cm = app 4 3/4".
Lenght including the Handle is app 21 cm = app 8 1/4".
Height is app 5,5 cm. An elegant, popular and classic design.
