Ingredients: The fenugreek specialty tea blend has Fenugreek seeds - 65%, Dried Ginger Root - 20%, Black cumin seeds - 10%. 

 

You can drink fenugreek tea anytime of the day. However, Drinking fenugreek tea on an empty stomach in the morning is ideal.

Some people prefer to leave the tea bags inside the cup for hours for a 2nd cup of warm tea.

  • Add Freshly boiled water
  • Leave it to brew for 5-6 minutes
