Shipping Information
STANDARD DELIVERY:
All orders to UK addresses from Gaming Outlet are automatically shipped for free using Royal Mail's 48 service. Royal Mail 48 aim to deliver the majority of  items within 2 working days, with a small minority within 3 working days.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
With our express delivery option, you can choose to upgrade your shipping to Royal Mail's 24 Service. Royal Mail aim to deliver orders on this service by next working day occassionally up to 2 days.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
Online delivery confirmation shows you when your items has been delivered or attempted to be delivered. This isn't a fully tracked service, information will only be available online at the point Royal Mail try to - or successfully - deliver your order. To view the delivery confirmation, use the tracking number provided in your purchase history and enter it at royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.
Terms:
*Working day is defined as Monday to Friday (Excludes weekends and bank holidays)
Orders up to 2pm Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. This includes standard and express deliveries.
Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS:
Gaming Outlet returns are free and easy.
You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order providing that the items are unopened and in original packaging.
If you want a different item, then get in touch and we'll try to do an exchange, if not you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
We'll refund the price you purchased your item at -this includes sale items.
All goods will be inspected on return.
EXCHANGES:
It's no problem to exchange an item if you have ordered the wrong thing and we also replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message via the ebay messaging service and send your item to us.
FAULTY RETURNS:
If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch by using the eBay automated returns process by clicking Return your item in your purchase history.
Faulty hardware and accessories may be returned up to 12 months after the despatch date.
Hardware or accessories may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the despatch date. Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks etc.) before it can be accepted as a return.
If sending the item back, and we haven't provided a free return lable, please remember to obtain proof of postage from the Post office (At no extra cost to yourself). This does not affect your statutory rights.
REFUNDS:
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
We will send you an email as soon as we’ve processed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been completed and this is usually done within 4 working days of receiving your return.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
