You have to remember that its a vintage item and not new so there will be some sort of wear, but I will mention any problems in the description, however I only sell items that I would be happy to receive myself SHIPPING I aim to post your order out the same day or next working day, but will let you know if this can not be achieved All domestic and international orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, but can be upgraded to first class signed for or next day delivery for an additional charge. Any parcels over 2 kilos will be sent via a courier Please note: International shipping usually takes between 1/3 weeks and can sometimes take up to 6 weeks if in some cases if it gets stuck in customs CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES Buyers are responsible for an customs and import taxes that may apply, delays may occur due to customs RETURNS I accept returns within 14 days of receipt, please message me for my return details. I do have a 25% restocking fee and buyers are responsible for the returns shipping costs. All items must be returned in the original condition. Please be aware that you are buying vintage items. Vintage is never perfect and will show some signs of wear. This is normal and part of what adds to the charm of vintage pieces. Only when the condition of the items is grossly misrepresented ie broken zips, holes, stains and tares that are not noted in the listing then we will refund all monies including shipping and restock fees.
