2018 Machin Stamps with Security Features
Set of 10 or 21 Self Adhesive Singles with Code Letter Variations M18L + Source Codes
Specialist Set of either 10 or 21 single Machins with Security Features consisting of U shaped slits and iridescent overprint.
You can choose whether you want the set of 10 values without Counter Sheet Stamps (which many of you have already obtained) or the full set of 21 stamps including Counter Sheet Stamps.
The Counter Sheet stamps are also listed separately on item numbers 312237585014 and 132632103792.
Many Machin printings
from 2010 onwards include a year identification code as well as the
source codes previously introduced in 2009.
Each
of these stamps contains a hidden source code letter on the right hand
side of the stamp, allowing the source of the stamp to be identified.
The M18L year code is to be found on the left hand side of the Queen's
Head.
The sets are up to
date as at October 2018 and contain all the basic 2018 varieties that
have been reported so far.
Prestige Book (PVA gummed) varieties, Tariff
increase issue, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery stamps, Backing
paper varieties where there is more than one variant and they have the
same source code are excluded and are listed separately in my ebay
shop as appropriate. It should also be noted that I do not differentiate between stamp orientations on SBP2 backing paper (ie SBP2u, SBP2i, sL, Ls etc etc.) - you may receive any variant in this set where more than one exist and they may not neccessarily be the ones shown in the picture.

Stamp arrangement and selvedge may vary, the scan is a representative example of the stamps.
As always with security overprints, the strength of the overprint can vary from crystal clear to almost invisible across different sources.
This set may be updated in the future to include new items as they are issued. If you previously purchased an earlier version of the set with less stamps, you can still purchase the additional stamps individually from the listings in my ebay shop.
Set does not include Backing Paper variants where the stamp is otherwise the same, these are available separately.
I do not differentiate between orientations of stamps on SBP2 backing paper (eg SBP2i, SBP2u, Ls, sL etc etc). You will receive any available SBP2 variant in this set.
