•          Packages will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please be sure to provide the complete current address when submitting the payment to avoid possible delays.
•          Tracking information is sent by e-mail automatically via eBay shipping notifications.
•          Shipping time is determined based on total days required for us to process your package plus carrier transit time.
•          International customers that wish to receive their purchase will require paying Shipping Fee. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

•            You can return the purchased item within 30 days from your delivery arrival date for a refund. The item must be sent back in its original condition. You are responsible to pay for return shipping and we will refund less the original shipping and handling listed in the auction.
•            Please contact us before you place the order if you have any questions in regards to the proper use and operation of our products.  Returning an item without following proper procedures will delay the claim process, and we reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized return packages.
