All items we supply will be dispatched from our warehouse in the UK. Orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of full payment being received, but in some circumstances it may take up to 48 hours. Please note that these time scales specified only apply on working days, specifically Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Delivery to addresses in the UK will normally be via Royal Mail, but for heavy or bulky items another courier may be used. We also offer international delivery to the EU for most items, as well as an express service for a small additional charge. Charges will depend on the weight of the products you order and the delivery method chosen.

UK Delivery Times:
Economy service - Usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive, based on Royal Mail's quoted timescales.
Standard service - Usually takes 1-3 working days to arrive, based on Royal Mail's quoted timescales.
Express service - Orders placed by 3:30 PM Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day, and Royal Mail guarantees to deliver the item on the next working day. This excludes Saturdays, but in some cases items dispatched on a Friday will arrive next day. There will need to be someone available to sign for the package when it arrives.

International Delivery Times:
Europe - Delivery will normally be in 5 to 7 working days, but can take up to 4 weeks due to customs and local postal service delays beyond our control.

We currently accept payment via PayPal, a secure online payment network ideal for eBay shopping. With PayPal you can pay via all major credit and debit cards, as well as using existing PayPal funds. You can expect a quick and reliable service with minimal hassle and all the security guarantees provided by one of the world’s largest payment platforms, taking the stress out of online shopping!

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes where appropriate. Please ensure that you complete checkout and payment as soon as possible after making your purchase to enable us to get your items out to you without delay. If you decide that for any reason you do not want to continue with your purchase before payment, please let us know within 48 hours so we can cancel your transaction. This will ensure that no unpaid item cases get recorded against your account by eBay.

You may cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch. Any payments made will be refunded in full within 14 days. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason after receiving your goods, you may return them unused and in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You will need to arrange and pay for the return of goods, but please contact us beforehand so we can provide full return instructions. We will not accept responsibility for any items lost in the post after being sent back to us, so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage and use recorded delivery.
