This is a working phone must have an analog phone line that supports rotary dial. I plugged it in and

it does have dial tone. I was able to call it from my cell. I was unable to dial out on the phone. Was not sure 

if the line I used supported rotary dial. Unfortunately, I had no other way to test it.
