This is an original antique catalog of farms for sale issued by The E.A. Strout Farm Agency of New York titled STROUT’S LIST No. 15.  This is an oblong booklet format of 16 pages measuring about 9.25” x 12.25”.  This catalog lists a few hundred farms for sale with descriptions of each and photos of many.   The front cover indicates this catalog has listings for Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.   This catalog isn’t dated but is an original early 20th century antique that looks to have been produced in the 1910s.  This catalog is fully complete and well intact with some toning from age and light wear.  Overall condition is very good.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
