One hundred years after Dracula's death at the hands of Van Helsing, his son, Count Downe is about to become the King of the Netherworld at a monster's convention, as crowned by his mentor Merlin the Magician. However, the offspring - who is increasingly more influenced by his mother's human genes - is starting to have serious reservations about his own destiny.
