Description: Vintage Victorian Glass hand painted blue Water Tumbler with white swirl decoration.  An unusual shaped tumbler with a flared shape.  Body of tumbler has a vertical optic pattern.  A neat style of embellishment with white motifs framed in gold ovals.   Very fine clarity.  A fine addition to your collections!  

Condition: Fine condition with no chips, cracks or troubles.
