Customer satisfaction is our main priority so please leave positive feedback if you are completely satisfied.
If
you feel there is an issue with your order, please contact us first
before leaving any negative feedback and we will do our best to resolve
the situation for you.
Lost & Delayed Orders
All
orders once paid should be shipped within 5 working days. All
International orders should be with you within 25 to 45 working days
once despatched. Sometimes delivery maybe longer due to reasons subject
to the delivery company. Please note any such delays are beyond our
control.
Feel
free to contact us after this period has passed if your order has not
arrived however China Post will not investigate missing items until 50
working days have passed, therefore we can't issue refunds or send
replacement items until 50 working days have passed.
Returns
Returns accepted for unused and unopened items only within 30 days. For a FULL REFUND DO NOT
remove any stickers or protective film unless you are 100% certain you
will be using and keeping the item. After this period if a fault
develops, and your item is still under warranty, it will either be
repaired or replaced.
Any
returns not found defective or found damaged by the buyer will be
subject to pay return postage of the item. Returns for any other reason
after 30 days will incur a restocking fee. Physical damage or physical
modifications will declare the warranty void.
All unsealed items
are tested to full working order before shipping. Serial numbers are
recorded for security before despatch. All returns at buyer's expense.
