Our Master tea makers have added a perfect amount of dried Ginger and magical Black cumin seeds to form a blend of benefits. These specifically chosen ingredients complement each other in enhancing absorption.

Ingredients: The fenugreek specialty tea blend has Fenugreek seeds - 65%, Dried Ginger Root - 20%, Black cumin seeds - 10%. 

You can drink fenugreek tea anytime of the day. However, Drinking fenugreek tea on an empty stomach in the morning is ideal.

Some people prefer to leave the tea bags inside the cup for hours for a 2^nd cup of warm tea.
