In the event that you receive your item in a damaged condition
due to poor handling by the postal service, please contact us
immediately. We do require that a photo of the item and package
be sent to us so that we can verify the damage. We will then replace
your item free of charge. Your replacement item will be exactly what
you originally ordered. Request for size or color change will be
denied. We may ask that the item be returned to us at no cost
to you so that we can file a claim with the post office.
If an error is found to be our fault, please contact us immediately so
that we can get the problem fixed. We will pay to have the item
shipped back to us and pay to have the correct item shipped to you.
