Usage instructions:
Place the sharpener on the platform, left hand hold the sharpener handle, right hand put the knife vertically into the V-groove, pull straight back for several times until the knife sharpened. Start with the 1st V-groove SHARPEN, then move to PREP, & FINISH.
How to care: After using, carefully wipe the knife blade with a damp cloth or rinse under running water & dry thoroughly. Do not put it in the dishwasher or submerge in water.
