What you see is what you get.  As far as I can tell, the set is all there except for the tree and 3 minifigs.  Comes with instructions book.  No box.  Everything is good condition. 

Edit: Also missing the blue imperial flag.  that's why it's not in the picture.  Also missing specifically: 2 brown muskets,  2x2 elbow brick(2), 1×2 brick (1), all white.   I did my best determining what was missing, but I might have missed something.
