Juan Carlos Pallarols is a sixth generation
goldsmith/silversmith, who created the chalice of Pope Francisco, the presidential
canes of the last seven heads of state, and the world-famous White Gold
Rose. Descended from a line of prestigious Catalan silversmiths, whose works are found in the Vatican and in major Argentine collections, museums and churches. His own creations, he says, are in the hands of King Juan Carlos of Spain and President Francois Mitterrand of France, and are often selected by the Argentine government as official gifts to foreign dignitaries.
