DESCRIPTION

Mason is hired to find the identity of an "heiress" who ran ads in a lonely hearts magazine. Later, he defends the heiress against a murder charge.

Erle Stanley Gardner was an author and lawyer, who is best known for his detective series about Perry Mason.


CONDITION

In a black cloth binding with original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, generally smart. Light shelfwear to the boards Ink signature to recto of front free-endpaper. Dustwrapper is sound, though with some edgewear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with just some foxing to the endpapers.
