This is Intel Certified Heatsink Fan that came with “Intel Processor in a Box” (PIB)
There is "NO” CPU/Processor included. Only the Original Intel Xeon Heatsink Fan
The Heatsink is New” (never used) in Intel Original Plastic Case with “New” Thermal Pad 

This Heatsink are required for Dual/Quad Core CPU's over 80W. 
It will support all CPU's in the 5000, 5100, 5200, 5300 and 5400 series, except X5482. 
Lower Power CPU may use the LGA771-E which features Aluminum heatsink.
