Cancellations
and refunds: Our system is automated, your orders are immediately transmitted
to our supplier’s shipping computer, and therefore, we are unable to cancel
your order. You can return the item within 30 days. PLEASE NOTE PayPal no
longer issues refunds for the fees they charge, therefore, all refunds will be
issued minus PayPal fees. PayPal fees are generally 2.9% + $0.30.
Shipping to all US addresses in the lower 48 states. Sorry but we are unable to ship to US Protectorates, Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes. Our stock all ships from our US-based warehouses.
Shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx etc. (depending on location and package weight). All orders usually ship within 24 hours of your payment being processed.
