Vintage Artist Made Miniature English Country pink cottage on Button c1960

Condition:  Was used as part of a miniature village you can see small cotton fibers in pictures.  Please look closely at all pictures. 

An artist made miniature little pink English countryside cottage mounted on a button.  Not cold to the touch so I am guessing it is ceramic and not porcelain ?  

Measures 1” tall.  Unsigned but clearly handmade
