Seller will issue the guest certificate based on the ebay user information supplied from ebay.  This should be your legal name matching your government issued ID. This fee is included in your winning bid. If your information is not correct with ebay or you are sending an alternate traveler you MUST notify the seller prior to placing your bid. Bidders who need a name change after the auction ends will be responsible for the guest certificate fee. ($99.00)

Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction?s close. The Seller is not responsible if the buyer does not review all information in the listing, including the shipping and payments tab.  

Electronic shipping only.  All Guest Certificates are sent to your registered PayPal and/or ebay email address. Please check your registered ebay/paypal email for this information.

You will NOT be required to attend a timeshare presentation or tour the property, but you will have the benefits that this first class resort offers.

All guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.

Photo identification is required at check in along with major credit card.

Check out time is levied by the resort and must be strictly adhered to.

Please contact the resort directly for instructions if you anticipate a late arrival.

Occupant(s) understands that each unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. Occupant(s) is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by occupant or occupant?s party.

Pets are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.

Resort Amenities may change from time to time and are governed by each Resort. A copy of the resort policies relating to amenities may be acquired upon check in at the resort.

Fees may be assessed by resorts for security deposit, amenities and/or incidentals. These fees are determined and levied by the resort and are the sole responsibility of the occupant. Seller is not responsible for fees charged by the resort such as parking, rollaway, beach service, occupancy tax (State of Hawaii) or meals.

Resort Travel Agency is not responsible for differing standards and customs in other countries.

All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Individual unit decor may vary slightly from photos as resorts make updates and changes.

Traveler(s) may not exceed maximum occupancy standards indicated on the confirmation. Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.

Resort Travel Agency is not responsible for inclement weather, power outages or acts of GOD which may inconvenience travelers. In the event of a natural disaster or any other reason beyond our control, Resort Travel Agency will attempt to arrange alternate accommodations,

but disclaims any liability or obligations.

Resort Travel Agency reserves the right to reassign travelers to substitute and comparable accommodations in extreme and unforeseen circumstances.

Resort Travel Agency is not liable for injury, loss or damages to persons or property while traveling.

If check in assistance is required after office hours please contact the emergency number listed on your confirmation. Resort Travel Agency will not be responsible for any expenses incurred should you fail to contact a Resort Travel Agency Travel Consultant for assistance.

By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third party affiliate. The travel/accommodations in this auction will be booked directly through me and not an outside agency.  I also verify that, other than the government taxes and related government fees stated within the listing description itself,  there will be absolutely no additional fees, charges or after auction purchases associated with booking the travel within this listing.

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Virginia without regards to conflicts of law principles. Any legal proceeding of any nature brought by either party against the other to enforce any right or obligation under this Agreement, or arising out of any matter pertaining to this Agreement, shall be submitted for trial, without jury, before the state or federal courts located in James City County, Virginia. The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and agree to accept service of process outside the state of Virginia in any matter to be submitted to any such court pursuant hereto, and expressly waive all rights to trial by jury regarding any such matter.
